 Real Estate has been my passion since 1992
and after a very slow start, I have finally figured some thing's
out. That is why I want to share this with you. You
see, I struggled for several years in the beginning. I was
a contractor and rehabbed several properties. I even
bought all the late night nothing down courses, on TV.
But I never had much luck with all that.
Going through all that and all the money I wasted on some of
those course, I was able to find a few good ones. Then I ran
into Ron LeGrand, SDI Wealth Institute. I took all his
courses and from there my life changed, for the best. I
then started to find the real players in this business.
That is when I met Ray Rach, Ron's right hand man. He
walked me though my learning curve, gave me guidance and helped me find the right people to get what further help I
needed.
I believe in Education and I am not talking about the school
of hard knocks, even though we all have to go through
them. But hopefully, we will help you to avoid some of the
them and accelerate your learning curve.
There are a lot of Guru's out there and I do encourage you
to learn from them. But what do you do after you attend
their seminars or buy there books and tapes.
That is where I come in. I never had a Mentor that I could
count on until I met Ray Rach. Oh sure, they all have hot
lines or 6 months of
consultations, but that never seemed to help. Either they
were too busy to get back to me in time or my 6 months consultations
had expired. So I had to get help from whoever I
could. And I found a lot of great people willing to help.
MY GOALS
My goal with this website is to provide you with a place to
find all the resources you need. Informative articles on
the subjects you want, and my own personal advice and
consultation. If I don't know the answers to your
questions, I know where to get them, and I promise to do so in a
timely manner.
I am constantly adding to and improving this website, which
went online Tuesday February 12, 2002.
I am also looking for your stories about deals you have done,
or situations you have come across and prevailed. Please
send me your stories, so I can pass them along to
everyone. Your stories help to keep me, and everyone else
motivated.
