This cabin is in the country and has great views with multiple creeks on all sides and would be a great vacation home, short term rental or second home.
It is being sold furnished or you can furnish it yourself. Has a wood stove and an oil furnace as well. Washer and dryer also stay.
The house needs a long term water source.
The water was coming from the neighbors well but that is no longer available. You would need to use a nearby springs/creek or drill a well.
The cabin is 1,176 sq. ft. +/- and it sits on a 2.7-acre land. It has a couple storage buildings on site, a covered concrete porch in good condition, room for storage, it also has, wash and dryer. connection.
Potential Updates/Repairs: Needs long term water source, the lot needs to be landscaped from overgrowth, minor ceiling repair, cosmetic wall updates, and floor coverings could be updated.
But the condition is livable as is.
There is also a cellar built into the mountain that has access from inside the house. It’s really neat.
