Check out this very solid home. Foundation looks good. Very good looking hardwood flooring that needs work but nothing too far gone. Fireplace in living room appears to be in good order. Roof looks like you could get a few more years out of it. You'll need HVAC, electrical and plumbing and plenty else for sure. But all-in-all this ain't a bad looking rehab for the person who knows what they're doing. 

This is a 1.5 story with 2 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 more areas that would likely serve as bedrooms on the second floor....a converted attic area. There are 2 full baths...one on the main floor and the other in the basement. Basement is a walkout. The county auditor site has this as 1165 square foot but there's not way that can be correct if you factor in the upstairs area and walkout basement. The basement appears it was finished at one time with a bar area and work room.
