This property has a ton of potential to be rented out as is or fixed up to sell/rent. It is located off of Division near Glenstone. The building is vacant and has a lockbox near the front door.

The property has three new air conditioning units replaced within the year, with a furnace that has been replaced within the last 10 years. The plumbing and electrical are in good working order.
