This flip is well underway. Put a new roof on it. Need general remodeling permit pulled. My roofing buddy pulled that permit. My sons and I are HVAC contractors so they are pulling that permit. Need GC or CBC to pull basic remodeling permit. I can reciprocate with both money and referrals. I have been doing this for 36 years and I get calls all the time from people needing work done. I would refer those to you. My business partner was 91 and he held the GC license. I am now 64 and I don't want to get the license. I am really trying to wind things down now and just do AC with my two sons. This will more than likely be my last flip. So any of those leads I get can go to you, and I get allot of them.
