About Us

   KT Capital founded in 2015 DBA K T Buys Homes is for the purpose  to invest  in Real Estate, for rentals and flipping properties in Cincinnati and Fort Myers area.  In 2019 I recevied certificate  from the Ohio Real Estate Investors Assoication the "Ohio Professional Housing Provider.'
My background is quite different from Real Estate.   I grew up in the Greater Cincinnati, studied business Miami Universty and Biblical studies in Tusla Ok.  The first 22 years of my carreer founded and pastored a church in Cincinnati, the next phase of my carreer was a start up company producing waterproofing products for new residental construction industy that took me to about 2019 when i began full time into Real Estate.  I am married and have two married children one living in Austin TX and the other in Fort Myers Florida, where we reside part time.
 Several things about Real Estate that bring me sadisfaction is to take a property that has been mistreated over the years, restore it to almost new condition and offer it to a buyer or renter. 
I also view what i do as a service to the community, for example when a property is broken down it is a eyesore to the neighbors, if vacant it becomes a place for squatters typically doing drugs and the local goverment isn't getting revenue, and all of the properties in the neighborhood decrease in value.  99% of the time when i am finished with a property rental or flip most neighbors are happy from our results and glad we came.  I also want to be a good neighbor, so i am diligent to bring a renter into the home that will not be a problem to the other neigbors.  

A new service  offering is to help people move who need it.    I have done businesss with a number of older women who In the process of working with them noticed that they struggled to get things packed up and moved to a new residence and that is completely understandable.   What was interesting is that they had family help them, yet they struggled to get  boxes packed up and get  those valueable things moved.  It became apparent that some need assistance in the propcess of moving even though they have family, things like boxing up items, and moving furniture to a new location and get them set up.
